Rebuild Endurance is a post-workout recovery* drink with carbohydrates and proteins, specially designed for endurance athletes. This unique sports drink, designed with added L-glutamine and L-carnitine, also contains specially selected carbohydrates to help with recovery* after aerobic exercise.
Rebuild Endurance is formulated with high-quality whey protein and provides 10g of protein per serving, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Rebuild Endurance is also formulated with a blend of essential micronutrients, including vitamins C and E, which help protect the body’s cells from oxidative stress. In addition, vitamin C and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and, together with vitamins B1 and B2, also contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

*Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after very intense and prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming carbohydrates from all sources, with a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight, in doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, after particularly intense and/or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
